I made these – doubling the recipe. The only thing I changed was slightly less butter and salt. They were WONDERFUL – just as you described. I think next time I might grind up the oatmeal, but otherwise won’t change a thing. The filling was the right amount – no leftovers. Thanks for convincing me to make these!
