Hi Grace,
You could always make rice, layer it in a casserole dish, than place pieces of chicken or beef on top and pour the sauce on top. If you are looking to make this cold, you can make it like a salad. You will want to add a couple tablespoons of olive oil to it and for fun you might want to add a tablespoon of apple cider to it to make it more like a vinaigrette. Hope this helps!

I want to make this into something that I could bring as a potluck-style dish. Any ideas? Would this sauce work in a cold dish with either chicken or beef maybe mixed with pasta? Thoughts?

Just tried this tonight; so delicious! My husband doesn’t typically like the sweet and savory combo in a meal, but he did really enjoy this sauce! Thanks!

Looks wonderful, I love it with the beef instead of chicken.
