You could always make rice, layer it in a casserole dish, than place pieces of chicken or beef on top and pour the sauce on top.  If you are looking to make this cold, you can make it like a salad.  You will want to add a couple tablespoons of olive oil to it and for fun you might want to add a tablespoon of apple cider to it to make it more like a vinaigrette.  Hope this helps!</description>
