		<description>So good and so easy! I subbed dried cranberries and cherries for the raisins and soy with water instead of NF milk. I also added a 1/3 cup of unsweetened  flaked coconut and a 1/2 tsp more cinnamon. I also topped a few of the muffins with flax seeds. Thanks for the recipe!</description>
