Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have tried making butter cream icing before using powdered sugar like the recipe above. But every time I tried it, the buttercream is always grainy. Any tips? I sifted the sugar. The recipe I used didn&#039;t require any liquid. Will the liquid help? Does it make a difference if we are using the old handheld mixer? Thanks :)</description>
