Last week Amazing Taste Seasoning sent me a box of seasonings to enjoy and review. Since receiving them we’ve tried the “Malibu” seasoning, but when I grilled those last week I was being intentional about using them. Last night was a whole different ball game.

Typically when I wait to the last minute to cook, I will season meat with salt and pepper. But last night I remembered reading on the back of the Amazing Taste packet that you only needed to marinade the chicken for 5 minutes. [click to continue…]

Panko Fried Green Beans with Wasabi Cucumber Ranch Dip

Have you ever been to T.G.I. Fridays? I haven’t. But apparently they have an fried green bean appetizer with a wasabi cucumber ranch dip. Although I’ve never tried this in the actual restaurant, I did try a sample of it at Sams Club. They sell the infamous TGI Friday green bean fries.
