It is so hot outside I can hardly function. Almost 80 degrees outside and no air conditioning inside. At least I was somewhat productive by managing to get outside and water my garden while my kids enjoyed the sprinkler. I was so happy to see so my mint thriving I decided to make a pitcher of one of my favorite types of iced tea, jasmine-mint-lemon-honey-and green tea. Yes I know the post title doesn’t mention the lemon or honey, but it would have been too long to include them. But trust me, the lemon and honey are just as important as the tea bags themselves.
