I must have been living on a different planet because up until this week I’ve never had stuffed French toast. You may be reading this wondering, “So what? What’s the big deal?” I’ll tell you what the big deal is: I am a self professing lover of all things French toast and this recent discovery was a revelation to me (cue in the dramatic music). How is it possible I have never tried this amazing variation of one of my most favorite foods? I tell you, it’s a great mystery. If you love French toast like I do, you are going to love this recipe!
But here’s the deal. The recipe isn’t here. It’s somewhere else, somewhere special. I’ll give you a clue……
The recipe is over at Tasty Kitchen where I am guest posting today for the TK Blog! If you’re not familiar with Tasty Kitchen let me fill you in. Tasty Kitchen is a community recipe site where members, such as myself, contribute our favorite recipes for everyone to enjoy. This site was started last year by The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, and has grown enormously since its inception. You’ll find a lot of great recipes over there as well as the opportunity to participate in a laid back but fun loving food community. So please, do yourself a favor and check out this recipe as well as the Tasty Kitchen site. You won’t regret either…I promise!
PS: If you thought I posted a lot of photos on Savory Sweet Life, you should see how many I posted over there today. Its insanely ridiculous! However, I couldn’t help myself. After all, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” <–Some of you will get this joke.. others of you won’t. But go visit the site today and enjoy the recipe for Stuffed French Toast!
