Earlier in the year I made one of my favorite Holiday treats – Almond Chocolate Toffee Brittle. In fact I’m bring a batch of them to a cookie swap I’m going to later in the day. They are super easy to make and taste like Almond Roca… and who doesn’t love Almond Roca?
I love this recipe so much I entered them into a baking contest sponsored by Bon Appétit Magazine’s Blog Envy Dessert Bake-Off. I am asking for your help and vote for this challenge.
