Just wanted to share some fun news with you. I’ve been invited to participate in the Dole Cook-Off next month on June 26, 2010. Dole has narrowed all the recipe entries to their top five. Finalists are being flown to Los Angeles and will be paired with five food bloggers (which I am one of!) to prepare a recipe for Celebrity Chef, Ben Ford. The winner will win $1000 and have their recipe printed on the back of a can of Dole fruit. Although the contest is now closed for entrees, I will be posting about the event and tweeting live. Stay tuned!
