Roasted chickpeas is one of those type of crunchy snack recipes you can feel good about eating without any guilt. Filled with protein and fiber, seasoning chickpeas before roasting them in the oven enhances the flavor of the chickpeas by baking the flavor in. This East Indian inspired recipe is quite simple and can be found on the Spice Islands site. I think it would make a great snack during the holidays for your guests or just to snack on because you’re worth it. 🙂
