Last update: July 19, 2016 By Alice Currah 39 Comments

breakfast-pancakeThis morning I woke up at 6am to a quiet house. Everyone was still fast asleep giving me just what I needed to make my husband a manly breakfast pan”cake”.  The result was a fun breakfast for everyone.  So Happy Father’s Day to all you papas out there!

Recipe for Breakfast Pan”cake”

4 – 8″ pancakes

1 cup of whipped cream

1 cup of sliced strawberries

1.5 cups of roasted potatoes

1.5 cups of scrambled eggs

1 lb. of cooked bacon

Instructions:

pancakefilling

Lay the first pancake down on a plate or serving platter. Add a layer of roasted potatoes all the way to the edge. Add another pancake and add the scrambled eggs. Add the third pancake and add your bacon. Add the final pancake. At this point if everything is cold, you will want to microwave everything for 3 minutes right before serving. Top off with strawberries and whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!!

Cut carefully just like a slice of cake.

The slice will not likely stay intact but still doesn’t take away the specialness of its presentation. Serve with butter and maple syrup!

No matter if some one searches for his required thing, so he/she wishes to be available that in detail,
therefore that thing is maintained over here.

This looks so amazing. I had this page open and my man opened my computer and his jaw dropped! I saw his face and was like, “I know, right?”. Beautiful pictures and idea, we will definitely be giving this a try!
