[donotprint] I used to buy fresh pico de gallo at our local grocery store until I read the ingredients label and discovered it was pretty easy to make at home. In fact, all you need are a few ingredients chopped up and voila, you have pico de gallo.
We love to eat pico de gallo with tacos, on chicken, scrambled eggs, and of course… tortilla chips! Enjoy! [/donotprint]
Pico De Gallo Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped coarsely ( I like vine-ripened tomatoes)
1 med-large onion, chopped coarsely
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped finely (be careful to wash your hands well after handling jalapenos)
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Gently combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Allow the salsa to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

my recipe for pico de gallo
5 large tomatos
5 small 0nions
2 large jalepinos
2 small cans roasted peppers
salentro to taste
key ingredance (sea salt)
and (5 large garlic cloves crushed)
juice from 2 limes and pulp.
youm can also add very small shrimp for somthing different
